If your Department is in need of proof of County�s insurance coverage, please email Sean Mullen, Risk Coordinator. Risk Management will need the following information to process your request:
- Certificate Holder Name
- Event or contract description
- Event date or the start and end date of the contract
- A copy of the event application or copy of the contract insurance requirement
