Ashland Village Affordable Apartment Rehabilitation

Awarded funds to Eden Housing, Inc. for the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 142 unit affordable apartment development known as Ashland Village Apartments. The funds were used to upgrade residential units, re-roof buildings and construct a community center building.
